"Central location in Ostersund with parking behind the hotel. There is also a garage under the hotel and a multi storey car park nearby. Friendly staff. Rooms are a nice size although as others have said the room decor is dark so you need to turn on multiple lights to light up the room. The winter park at the frozen lake is wonderful!"

"A fantastic hotel located well. Staff were really helpful and happy. The room was amazing, we had the room with a sauna and used it every day. Breakfast was bountiful and tasty. We had dinner at the hotel the first night too and it was really nice. "

"The restaurant on the 10th floor is excellent (better than the other restaurants in town we visited - that were more expensive). The lobby is a good place to sit (although the chairs are a bit uncomfortable). "
