“The house was very clean and well appointed. I suggested a few small details to the owner and they were addressed. Pool was a bit chilly but that was due to the wind in Las Vegas. Thank you!”

It's quirky, and that makes it so fun. Plenty of room, lots of fun things to do, great location close to the strip, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. The host was excellent and quick to communicate. We were very happy and would stay there again in a heartbeat.”

There were plenty of fresh towels and the beds were great. The game room was a fantastic added bonus! We hiked in the nearby mountains and took $25 Ubers to the strip! It was a wonderful and memorable weekend.”

“My family traveled to Las Vegas for my daughter’s football tournament. My older daughter just had a baby so she did not want to stay in a hotel or somewhere full of people. This house was perfect. It was like being at home!! This home was super comfortable and inviting there was even a high chair for the baby! The beds were so soft and everyone had their own room. The host responded really fast. I highly recommend this property if you’re traveling with a big group or just want to avoid hotels.”

“Stayed here with 7 of my friends for a “bachelor party”, as part of a combined bachelor/bachelorette with my partner/wife staying on the Strip with her half. Overall, this place was almost perfect for what we were looking for (a bachelor pad to bunk 8-10 guys) and was only a short ride to the Strip and a lot of other activities. However, a few issues I will highlight: 1 - The listing is misleading about the # of beds and bedrooms (which a previous review alerted us to). There are only 6 beds……

“We enjoyed the beautiful private back yard. The swimming pool and hot tub were a daily event!! Excellent big screen TV in the family room. We had a wonderful vacation together!! Kitchen was clean and well set up for some fun meals. Thank you Tim, Cheryl, and the boys!!”

“We stayed here with our small family of three, but this house could easily fit 4 times that many people. It is pet friendly, very clean, comfortable, and in good condition. The owner was very communicative and has fixed some of the issues noted in prior reviews (the kitchen is well stocked and there were plenty of towels). “The property was absolutely perfect for our stay, friend group was in town for a wedding and it made our trip so much better, the backyard is sweet! Only gripe is its listed as a 5 bedroom but its really more of a 4.5 bedrooms, the half bedroom is attached by a sliding glass door and does not have a true bed. Definitely would stay here again.”

“We wanted a place that was close to the strip, but not on the strip, and someplace with easy access to main streets and freeways, and that is exactly what we got. Communication with the property owner was great, the place was super clean, and we had no issues. The beds were a bit harder than what we are used to, but having 4 queen beds in 4 separate bedrooms was awesome. There are a ton of extra pillows if you need them.
