「Super clean」

「Loved my stay, no complaints. Staff was friendly 」

「The breakfast was fresh and very tasty. The room was clean, refrigerator was cool not cold. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful.」

「Everything was great, the only thing I could say that needs looking at is the balcony doors are really hard to open and make a loud noise when you slid them open. You can hear the guests on both sides of you opening their doors. And the smoking area only had four chairs and two of them were broke.」

「Room was clean, the staff was so nice. We had to leave early the next morning, husband had health issues.」

「Nice place, breakfast, outdoor pool with a bar, direct access to the beach, parking (pay on checkin). 」

「The outlets in our specific room need to be replaced. More than half couldn’t hold a plug. They just slipped out and we couldn’t charge anything. Note: There was a water leak under the carpet where it turns from tile to carpet in the so called foyer of the room. We really did enjoy our stay and the staff were very nice and helpful.」

「The room wasn’t properly cleaned. Dirty shower, baseboards, sticky floors. Breakfast was in a separate building and not good/fresh/hardly any options. Staff wasn’t friendly or inviting. Will not be back.」

「Great location on the beach and within the park. Beautiful wild beach and pools. Access to bikes was available to explore the park. Several dining options available.」

「We arrived on a Monday so we didn't need room cleaned on Tuesday morning. But we returned from the beach and got a lot of sand on the floor so I went to the desk and asked for room to be cleaned. Housekeeping was gone for the day so I asked the man at the desk if we could get room cleaned in the a. m. and he said yes. Went fishing on Wednesday and when we returned the room had not been cleaned. I went to front desk to let them know so housekeeping mgr came to see if we wanted room cleaned. Yes...

「Room smelled - desk top was damaged- carpet needs replaced. Had pets with me and they put me on the 3rd floor . 2 elevators to go in and out 」

「Great breakfast, clean room, polite staff. The front desk needs a bell or phone to contact employee because they are in the office in the evening and didn’t come out for 20 minutes. Unable to call front desk from room also..front desk phone out of order. I had to book through Expedia because no phone service with front desk. Brand new building working out the details I guess. Plan to return in the future!」

「Room was nonsmoking but smelled like someone had been smoking in it nonstop for weeks! No other solution from staff. My son’s asthma was horrible after one night. The water was also brown in the shower. 」
