"Good place to stay. Clean, very safe, and the breakfast is chef-like. I gave some fours for a little noise tthat comes from other rooms through the air duct. One guy in particular was a loud talker 24/7. Not much they can do about that."

"The hotel and the room were beautiful and we had a great stay. It's also only about a 10-15 minute walk to the plaza de armas in a straight line. The perfect place to stay to explore the historic centre of the city. The staff were also super helpful and held our bags on our last day after check-out and even allowed us to check-in early when we first arrived. Highly recommended."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Dreams! The best part was the staff. They were so helpful and friendly even when they had to climb three flights of stairs to reach our room. They also surprised my boyfriend (and me) with a chocolate cake dessert with a candle for his birthday and all gathered around and sang "Happy Birthday" to him. The room was very nice with plenty of space and probably the most comfortable bed and pillows of any hotel I've been in this year (and I stay at lots of hotels). ...

"Did not like that they charged for any ice needed, any hot water. Did not have free coffee at the lobby. Did not want to honor 20% discount for food and beverage per our reservation details. "
