Entire apartment in a strategic position, walking distance from Arezzo Fairs and Congresses and the San Giuseppe Hospital clinic. Just 2 km from the city center, very large and bright, comfortable for 2 people with up to 5 beds. Free private parking space in the condominium square. The public bus stop is a 5-minute walk away. The apartment also has an equipped kitchen, washing machine and microwave. Excellent starting point for a tour of Tuscany.
