“L’hote n’a jamais répondu à nos messages téléphoniques et sms. Nous n’avions donc jamais eu l’information pour récupérer les clés du logement le 28/07 au soir, alors que la réservation avait été validée il y a plus de 10 mois. Nous n’avons donc jamais eu accès au logement. Nous attendons aujourd’hui le remboursement d’Abritel pour un relogement d’urgence. Nous ne recommandons pas cet hôte et nous demandons pourquoi il est toujours en disponibilité sur la plate forme!”

“The communication with the staff was superb. They always try to help as fast as they could. The apart meant itself was renovated with a new bathroom. There were two well sized bedrooms and a pullout sleeping couch in the living room. The laundry dishwasher and the toilets are well stocked with excellent supplies. All in all were good for sleeping for a family of five. Had a lot of difficulty with the AC units which were difficult to operate. They were individual units located in each room and……

“L'appartamento è davvero bello, anche se un po buio, per noi che siamo stati poco a casa andava bene. Si trova una zona perfetta per la vicinaza a negozi, ristoranti, attrazioni, metro e bus. Il grosso problema è la totale assenza di assistenza, avevamo un problema che ci ha tenuto svegli una notte intera e nessuno risponde nel weekend, nemmeno al sabato. “Lovely condo centrally located. The host was very helpful. The only thing I believe should be mentioned is, unless you are about 135 cm you will not be able to stand up straight in the upstairs loft bedroom. Someone with a back condition would need to be aware of this. Otherwise, it was an excellent stay.”
