“Nice and quiet area with a nice balcony on the 3rd floor. It's a centralized location so everything is within 15-30 mins with the Dallas traffic. Plenty of local restaurants and places to go. We will rebook this place again in the near future!”

“It was nice and clean and quiet. One thing missing was a closet. We stayed for a week and had to keep all our clothes in the suitcase . Upon arrival on the property we had a difficult time finding the place because of poor lighting. There were no towel racks in the bathroom . Maybe that could be looked into. However: I would consider staying with you again.”

“Nice place, quiet. Host quick to respond with issues getting access into bldg and garage. Only issue was bad staining of bedroom carpet, but apparently that’s on the process of being replaced. But would stay there again if in Dallas area”

“Apartment was clean and well furnished. I had trouble finding the right garage entrance thanks to Apple Maps but the owner helped me over the phone, I appreciated that. The bed was pretty squeaky but that’s a small issue I got over very quickly. I liked the bathroom very much, water pressure was great. Would stay here again if I needed to be in Addison.”

“This property is a great place to stay if you are visiting the Denton area. It’s extremely easy to get to and right off the interstate. The property is really clean and taken care of. We enjoyed the squirrels and birds using the feeders right outside the window the following morning. Highly recommended!”

“If you saw this surprise low price it also means one thing:the room needs renovation,but we like it’s 2 bedroom with kitchen type room,perfect for families,they provide breakfast,but with limited options,compare with other Hyatt houses,very courteous staff,pleasant stay still,according to its price.”
