“Studio très agréable pour 2 personnes. Très bien équipé et fonctionnel avec tous les produits courants et d'accueil pour démarrer la location. Propre et rénové récemment avec grande terrasse donnant sur le square. La communication avec la gérante Giulia a été toujours bonne et ses réponses étaient réactives. Le studio est proche de toutes les commodités et très calme. Je recommande pour un séjour agréable à Rome.”

“Great potential, poor execution. Given the amount of time spent texting with Numa customer service to correct issues, the cost was way more than the stay was worth. The check in took over an hour and a half, due to an unusual issue that would have been corrected in five minutes if there were A/C did not work and customer service could only send the same cookie cutter recommendations repeatedly, which did NOT correct the problem. Numa suffers from the lack of a human element.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Xenia guest house. The rooms were perfectly clean and all of the staff were super friendly. The location was ideal for walking to all of the sites, but it was also very easy to hop on a bus, train, or taxi right outside the property. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Rome!”

“The room was slightly smaller than expected but otherwise we had a great experience. The location was perfect to explore Rome by walking, and the AC and amenities (kitchen, coffee machine, biscuits and croissants) were a great bonus. Cleanliness was exceptional and the staff was always eager to help. Shout out to Imran for being so kind!”
