“This is a unique lofted duplex in the middle of the Sonoran desert. We loved the solitude and beautiful sunsets from the deck. Tons of hiking opportunities right from the property. We found the apartment dated, but comfortable for 4 adults. We did have some minor complaints (multiple power outages, lack of basic cleaning supplies, no grill on-site as advertised, trash under deck) but none of which would prevent us from staying here again. “Quiet area with beautiful view on a dead end road. Which makes for a nice walk. Located a little out of the city but yet driving distance to many places. Clean and comfortable with everything you need. We used the grill for steaks which was nice. No internet but does have a DVD player so bring your own to watch movies. Needs a look at the hot water, which the host is aware of and looking into it. Only other thing is outside deck door should fit better and latch. Just needs a few tweaks, but we……

“I enjoyed my stay at this property for 12 days in #32. It was very clean, comfortable, and overall quiet. However, it did state that there was a dryer in the unit. I was there for 12 nights so really did need a dryer. I did contact the office right away. Although they were quick to respond initially, they never did address the problem or get back to me. The check in was simple, I felt very safe while there. Close to the grocery store and easy to get around. I will definitely stay here again.”

“Nice area, good location to get in and out of. We were in town for work and this house was a nice place to stay. More comfortable and competitively priced compared to the hotels. My wifes only issue was the highway out back that got kind of loud for rush hour in the mornings.”
