「The place had lots of spiders and the restrooms filled with bugs and spider webs/spiders. The main shower in the primary room had dead bugs. The toilet paper had dust on it. Overalls the place needs proper cleaning and pest control to stop by. The owner messaged me saying that cleaners were gonna stop by and nobody did. There is a $140 cleaning fee which i normally do not mind. However it does not make sense to have a cleaning fee when the place isn't clean in the first place for us as guests.」

「The house itself was wonderful…very clean. We loved it. The back yard had quite a few weeds that should be cleaned up.Parking should be explained better. I was told only one parking space was available; however, there were quite a few undesignated parking spaces that our party was able to use because we all came in separate vehicles. So the explanation of only one designated parking space caused quite a bit of stress until I saw that there actually were places for others to park. Overall...
