「Neglected motel. We were in unit 111. the bed was really good but the one recliner type chair was worn out and the office chair was broken so it ttied to dump you on the floor. Travelers need good supportive furniture. We are tired from long drives or busy dsys at the sites we've been to. This motel is by the Ark Encounter. Tons of walking snd standing. I do Not want to try and sit in bed to read or work on a laptop. That hurts my back, which leads to stress, which causes lack of sleep....

「The kitchen staff were rude when we asked the lady a question. Food wasn't for me. We had the King Suites and our room wasn't clean. Bed was so uncomfortable the the head and foot of the bed was shaped and so dented like a taco shell , that you couldn't get comfortable to sleep. I stayed up for 2 days straight because of the bed was soooo warn out... We told the staff and they did nothing about it. We left a day early because of it. Nobody there were friendly at all. I never stayed at a Hotel...

「No coffee pot ,only a toaster,fridge was frozzen up ,tub was dirty, not enough hot water to fill the jet tub. Bad smell when we open the door ,had to air it out ,no extra blanket ,no hangers , no restrant on site. Was told to go to truck stop , we check it out ,it did not like a good place to eat . it all need to be updated all over in side and out . will not be back there again . 」

「The Inn is indeed of complete remodeling. Only thing updated was the flooring. Whatever the motel uses for deoderizing is horrible! My eyes burned, had to open the window and turn on fan to rid the odor ( took a couple hours). If someone has severe allergies to perfumes, etc they would have had need of an epi pen. Holes noted in walls, toilet paper holder had been broken, leaving a hole in wall, the exhaust fan was displaced and a small spider was living at the top of it. Noted a dead...
