This gorgeous home has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Recently built and located on a beautiful lot in a private cove with an incredible view of the open water! It's a great fishing area, and a beautiful place to kayak or paddle board. The house sleeps 12 people in beds comfortably with a 14 person maximum occupancy. Dining room table seats 8 and there is even more seating outdoors with the view of the lake.

Game table with bumper pool and ping pong table for inside entertainment. This house will become your favorite place to be on the lake!

Boat slip is not available for the renter's use. Plenty of room to tie up to the dock with bumpers. Approximately 20 steps to the dock.

RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction.

Peak Season: No Saturday to Saturday rentals. (Friday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday are fine).
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE.
