Two living areas, with the downstairs area having TV, foosball table and full kitchen. You can enjoy the outdoor fire pit or relax on the covered decks (upper and lower). There is a 1 story dock, with a boat slip for your use. 2 kayaks for your enjoyment.

RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction.
