“We received communication from the owner within minutes of making the reservation. Everything was clearly explained and true to the listing. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and if we’re able to come back, would absolutely stay here again!”

“The apartment was in a great location and perfect size for two adults and two teens. Costco next door and Whole Foods short walk away allowed for us to cook a couple meals in easily. Very safe feeling area with a great little park right outside the front door. The metro station is less than a 10 minute walk away and used by us frequently for trips into the DC area. Favorite restaurants were Matchbox near the mall for dinner, Toby’s ice cream next door to the apartment building and Commonwealth……

“The property was great, especially the location. I wish we would have been told that the pool was unavailable due to repairs as it looks like this was a known issue for some time. The amenities were great and the location fabulous.You could see the Pentagon from the roof.”

“This unit is managed by an offsite property manager who is basically non-responsive. Owners would not communicate at all. It took 1-2 days to hear from property manager about some significant problems - broken cable for internet connection that we figured out how to fix ourselves after two days with no connection, barely any water flowing from bathroom sink, no hot water in kitchen and shower, uncollected garbage that was strewn around parking area, and the list goes on. No items were fixed……

“I was in DC for a 36 hours of endurance events and needed a place to rest between events. The apartment was exactly as listed and located within walking distance of the USMC Memorial and plenty of restaurants around. It was noted there was no AC, but there was a fan and I was able to stay cool on a warm weekend. The apartment owner was very helpful and there was some confusion about checkin time on the web page vs the app. She was super flexible and worked to make my required check in time work……

“This location is in a great spot! Right outside DC without the constant craziness of the city. As mentioned in the listing, parking can be tough but manageable. I would not recommend having more than 2 cars if visiting. The place was clean and well kept. Nothing crazy but comfy place to stay for those shorter stays in the area. Would highly recommend”
