“Stayed in this spotless brand new home for a family reunion/90th bday. Beds, linens and couch were so comfortable, the air conditioning worked great and the kitchen seemed well supplied, although we did not use it. The owners provided all the necessities to get us through the 4 days which was great. There is a wonderful park around the corner and the house had easy access to downtown Hanford. This is a new subdivision and there is contruction all around the property, so there was noise during……

“I booked this home for my husband and his friends along with our 2 teenage sons while they attended a farming event in Tulare. During their stay they had time to take in the sights at the Sequoia National Park. The guys loved this home!!! Even though they didn't cook any meals during their stay, they appreciated the high end appliances. They said the beds were so comfy that a couple of the guys wanted to purchase those same mattress's when they returned home. Everything about this home was……

“We scheduled this rental to come for a funeral. The ac unit was found to be not working 5 hours prior to our arrival and 10 hours into our drive to Hanford the property manager let us know . It was near 100 degrees in the house when we arrived even though they had placed portable units in the house. The portable units had been placed with a 3 ounce cup to catch the humidity run off out of the machine and there was 30 ish gallons of water around every machine--in essence a flood in the house.
