" Pertain to my booking .. i ve complaint .. I arrived to the hotel and the room which we booked ..delux room - with bathtub.. was not available.. so now we spending the two night in delux room WITHOUT bathtub.. disregard the inconvenient ocured. there is price different .. and i want to claim it.. which the different around 5 GBP per night.. total approx 700 pesos .. and i cannot find any option to submit my inquiry .. except puting it here on the reviw portal !!"

But it is the incredibly warm, smiling, welcoming, friendly and attentive staff that especially makes Funny Lion Puerto Princesa stand out. Every single member of their seemingly small army of staff who I interactacted with was kind, genuine and professional. The service and attention to detail at this hotell is unparalleled! Everything, no matter how big or small, from drinks to food is presented in beautiful and perfect fashion. We definitely did not want to leave and will be back again.
