The “futon” was more of a sofa (I did manage to sleep on it after requesting extra bedding), “free breakfast” was two pods for the coffee machine, pizza was not available after 6pm and if there was a beach we didn’t find it (at least 4 miles away). 「Loved this cozy space. Enjoyed morning coffee in the Adirondack chair. Loved there was a hammock…wished our timing would’ve allowed a nap there! Only thing that would have made it better was if bicycle flat had been repaired before we arrived. It’s fixed now so both bikes are ready for next guests!!」
