“The most precious part of this hotel is their staff, they are polite, helpful and passionate. We celebrated birthday there, before I arrived I asked the hotel to prepare some decorations(complimentary) in the room before we check in, and it turned out to be a big surprise that they presented a birthday cake and sang birthday song together once we arrived at the lobby felt like friends. We stayed at the residence suite this time, the room is spacious and clean, quiet at night, just a few steps……

“Our stay at Velea was fantastic. The building is only 2 years old, very modern, with continual maintenance as it shows no signs of wear like many places do. Pool and Gym facilities are on point. The staff always make a big difference, the staff at Velea were amazing. Chhean provided exceptional service, ensuring any requests were promptly followed up, and being just truly friendly and enthusiastic to assist , we appreciated him very much.

“A beautiful property in the centre of town. The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us. All of our sightseeing requirements were arranged for us and we were given an English speaking tuk tuk driver for the whole of our stay. The rooms were comfortable and a good size. The swimming pool was great. The food was excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel and would definately stay here again.”

“The hotel is nice, it locates at a remotes area so I can enjoy the nature and peace of Siem Reap. The staff is nice too, they are helpful, and greet ya every tine when we go out or come back.... Althogh there is not much selection for breakfast, the taste is good.
Since hotel is not in downtown, so if you want to eat you need to take tuk tuk every time around 10mins”

“Very clean and cozy room. Beds are super comfortable and we especially enjoyed the bath there. Housekeepers are nice enough to have all our clothes folded properly.
Not the busiest location which is good too because after a day trip to Angkor Wat you wouldnt want to stay at a hotel right next to the pub street. 10mins walk from the pub street though. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you! ”
