「This is a nice place to stay in the center of Colonia St. Pere. Only 50m from the local beach with a great view from the roof top terrasse and access to many restaurants along the water front. However, it is 3rd floor without lift, so be prepared to climb stairs and has no aircondition. It´s ok when nights get a bit cooler to chill the appartement. We loved it very much. 」

「We were delighted with the location of the property and it was well laid out inside. Outside the pool and sunbathing area are very good.Within 5 minutes walk of a very nice restaurant and a small grocery store with bar. The only problem we had was that the air conditioning broke down and was not fixed for 2 days. It was 35C during the day and 23C overnight so we had a miserable two days.」
