"Our stay here was comfortable and uneventful. Our family always looks for a hotel with an indoor pool so we chose this site. Our trip was to Carlsbad Cavern but we stayed in Artesia. The room at this hotel was very spacious. Cleanliness was on par with other hotels. Breakfast was usual. The gym had two treadmills that were not functioning. I informed the staff who did not seem aware of it. That would be the only nick on our stay lol."

"The rooms were generous in size. They housekeeping staff didn’t excellent job in maintaining the room’s cleanliness and restocking items. Instead of having breakfast available in the hotel guest, go to the connecting restaurant for a great selection of breakfast items. The staff at the restaurant are fantastic pretty much anything you want for breakfast is available I would certainly stay here again"

"Hotel was rated correctly and the price reflected that. Only minor thing was the sheets were pilled and should have been retired. Other than that a very nice place to stay"

"Amazing place! We left a local motel called Postal Inn which was disgusting and filthy. It was great to go back to a place we know where were greeted with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast hit the spot on out way to a softball tournament. "

"We had a great stay at the holiday inn Carlsbad. We were met right away with very friendly staff and a well kept lobby. Our room was clean and set up like you’d expect. We used the pool and hot tub and I was happy it was heated and clean."
