“Room is spacious and clean in general. AC super loud and dusty. Phone very dusty too. Poor sound proof. You can hear doors closing heavily on your floor, people talking in their rooms and even dogs barking in a room. ”

“Very convenient for me being able to drop off my rental car in the Albany Airport, and they come pick me up. I didn't fly until rhe next morning. So the morning shuttle was great too.”

“Very terrible experience. Booked this hotel as I had an important interview downtown in Albany. When I arrived there at 9pm, it’s overbooked and we were relocated to a motel 20 mins away. The motel was terrible and the hair dryer was even broken. The staff was rude when we tried to understand the situation. The staff on duty promised to cover the extra transportation costs from the motel to the bus terminal for the next day and arranged a taxi for us. But we were kicked out of the taxi as the……

“Front desk service was excellent and accommodating. The shower in the first room was running when I entered room and would not shut off. Gentleman working the desk, immediately changed my room and went to deal with shower in the first room right away. ”

“Friendly staff, rooms are basic but clean, they give you free bottles of water. Great value and close proximity to MVP Arena. The only downside was that sound travels and we could hear anything in the hallway and the room next door too easily (we had a room that was attached by a locked door to the room next to it). Was great for one night, but if multiple nights, we might have switched rooms for noise reasons.”

“The room was beautiful and clean. The fridge froze everything inside and stuff out in the freezer froze to the inside of it. The toilet also sounded like it was dripping all night so we had to keep the door closed. Otherwise perfect spot. No traffic sounds from our room even when outside. ”
