INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
The apartment is located in a reserved and quiet area of the residence, surrounded by hedges and a well-kept communal area with a green lawn. Cottage 34 has a private entrance and a covered veranda with a dining table. The entrance opens onto a comfortable living room with two sofa beds, a dining table, a flat-screen TV, and air conditioning; the bathroom is equipped with a shower and hairdryer. A door leads to the kitchen, equipped with a stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, and overlooking the garden. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with air conditioning. The apartment is also equipped with mosquito nets and a safe. The communal complex offers a seasonal outdoor saltwater pool with a shallow area for children and a sun terrace with sun loungers and swings for children.
DESTINATION INFORMATION AND DISTANCES
Cottage 34 is located in the small locality of Cala Bitta , not far from Baja Sardinia , just a five-minute drive from the city. Beautiful white sand beaches, restaurants, nightclubs, and much more are all within a few kilometers. The renowned Porto Cervo , the heart of the Costa Smeralda , is just a few minutes away by car. The beach of Cala Bitta is only 350 meters away and can be reached on foot.
Nearby is the beautiful beach of Cala dei Ginepri , located along the coast of the municipality of Arzachena (OT), between Cannigione and Baja Sardinia. The beach can be reached via a paved road that descends quickly towards the coast below the promontory. Also nearby is the famous Nikki Beach kiosk, a popular spot for enthusiasts of the coast.
We recommend that guests have a car to reach the property; a car is also essential during the stay to visit the surroundings and move between the various locations.
