“The lodge has a lovely aspect, with uninterrupted views over the lake, it is extremely well equipped catering for all your needs. Unfortunately the information folder was missing so we had to contact the owner to get the WiFi code. The owner’s put in an awful lot of effort into the presentation of the lodge and even decorating it for Easter, much appreciated. Tattershall lakes itself is extremely large and signage is poor so you end up driving round and round trying to find the way out. The……

“Stuart was very communicative, answering usually within minutes. Facilities are great, very comfortable place with good choices of rooms. We didn't get to use the hot tub as much as we'd have liked, as on arrival, we had a meal out booked soon, so the first night was out. The first day weather was terrible, none stop rain till the evening, so it wasn't comfortable to be outside much, then the second day we were out most of the day.”

“Lovely small property for 2 people. An oasis in the midst of the Lincolnshire countryside which, it has to be said, is quite featureless. (To be fair, we went late October. On a summer's day it would be much nicer.) Could well revisit to see more of the area. Plenty of places of interest within a half-hour's drive.”

“The property was excellent. Table football, trampoline in the garden and gym in the garage kept the younger members of our party well occupied. The added bonus of an on-site tennis court was much appreciated. The position of the was peaceful in spite of a busy main road nearby. Our hosts were ever helpful no matter how many times we contacted them. Will definitely be looking for another stay in the future.”

“My daughter (23) and I stayed here for 5 nights and were thrilled with everything. The owners have thought of everything you could possible need or want for a stay! I have never stayed in a vacation rental that was so well equipped! We loved the proximity to Boultham Park and I went for an hour’s walk around it every morning - such a beautiful place. Location is also great for Lincoln shopping! The owners were very friendly, welcoming and ready to help with anything. We would definitely……

City centre c30 minute walk, which is where the main restaurants are too, although we really enjoyed spending an evening in tge apartment and having a take away delivered via Deliveroo!”

“ It seems that the staff are not used to greet guests good morning and the like. Also ,the restaurant is under renovation until end March, so reduced breakfast has to be served inside room. The environment outside the hotel is good,though, with many restaurants nearby.”
