「Excellent property with very welcoming staff who offered ideas for sights to see and restaurants to try . Very clean well maintained room and all facilities were excellent. One small thing which could improve breakfast would be to provide proper knives and forks rather than the flimsy plastic ones . 」
「Parking was very straightforward. So was check in and check out process. Out of all the rooms there are two rooms that are completely blocked by a wall outside. Meaning there’s no sunlight getting in and the room was really dingy. We asked the staff if it was possible to change our rooms and we were met with a lot of attitude and complaining.
They switched our rooms and the other room (with sunlight and not a blocked window) was much better!
