Ashland Hotel with Pool

"The only issues I had were - my bathroom door had a giant hole in it, like it had been kicked or something. And it was dirty, the bathroom door. It had a white powdery substance on it. My sheets also had hair on them, it looked like dog hair and long blonde hair. "

"Clean room as expected, being part of the honors! The biggest disappointment was the hot water. It was like it only had one shower with warm water. The hot water out of the sink was hotter than the shower. My 11-year-old son and wife ended up taking cold showers because there were none! When we checked out, I notified the front desk of the issue, and, being a part of the honors, I was disappointed in the fact that my son and wife had to take cold showers at a HILTON! I expected better! I will be coming back to the Wooster area in the future because my daughter is a student at OSU ATI right across the street from the Hilton Garden Inn! I hope that the issue gets fixed for the next member who stays in room 103! "

"We had an amazing stay at Landoll’s Castle. It’s a beautiful property and the staff was very attentive, helpful, welcoming and accommodating. Some of the furniture in our suite was worn or broken, but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well stocked. We can’t wait to go back!"

"Everything seems okay and smooth at check-in. However at check out, it was a different story. There was no water available at breakfast and fellow occupants didn’t have anything to drink. While they were trying to find someone to refill the water there were 2 other in line ahead of me to checkout. We waited 25 minutes to checkout and had to contact the property through my booking to locate an employee to check us out. We stayed for a graduation and was almost late due to the long wait. Before calling the property, we push the button to ring for an employee for the front desk several time to no avail. Definitely not staying here again. "

"Visited with our grandson. Room was adequate but dated, cracked tile in bathroom and sink was slow to drain. Pool was very crowded, not sure what solution would be except try not going on the weekend if you want to enjoy the pool. Checkin staff very friendly."
