「The night staff lady on the walker was not helpful or friendly she was more worried about getting outside to smoke cigarettes than help the guests very rude and unattentive but the rest of the staff made up for her horrible customer service」

「First room. I or the desk person had no idea on how to operate the tv in the room or what app to use to watch tv. 2nd room. Toilet was not bolted to the floor. Hair in the tub and sink. No phone cord connected. The tv got 6 channels all of them 1 hour behind actual time. No new channels all old ones. So much noise sounded like a gym in the hallway, i had to yell at the people out there. ice machine on 2nd floor did not work. No bathroom exhaust fan. Tv remote had no battery cover. 「Inspite of that We checked in late, they did not clean our bedroom upon arrival, there were hairs all over the bathroom sink, dirty toilet seat, brown-looking stained sheets and the carpet was visibly not vaccumed , it was a very disappointing experience. We called front desk for a refund but they gave us another room upstairs that was more decent . 」

「The fire alarm went off @ 1:30AM. There was no communication from management & some of the guests on my floor discovered there actually was a fire in a trash can in the outside smoking area ( which left a dark suite mark on the building and melted a 5-6 ft section of the soffit. The fire truck was not called and there was now communication from management about remunerating guests (e.g. by a discount on a night's stay in the future, etc) It was scary and quite disappointing.」
