"I didn't stay; my rating has nothing to do with the hotel. My disappointment is the fact that meetings I had scheduled got cancelled and I was not able to get a refund due to the fact of issues happening beyond my control. A 24-hour advance notice of cancellation, I didn't even have a reservation prior to the scheduled 3/6/26 stay. Your policy only favors Hotel.com not the customer. Extremely disappointing that I paid and never stepped foot in the hotel. I will never use Hotel.com for booking a reservation ever. In the future I will go directly to the hotel. Needless to say, any reviews or social media that I chose will be a very negative review about Hotel.com. I can't believe you're company policy is boarding despicable."
