「Unfortunately I was totally unaware of where I was booking and booking done in a rush. When we arrived we found the motel was just off a very busy main road with some big hospitals near by consequently the sounds of ambulances seem to be constant. They do say on their page that there is traffic which I had overlooked. That being said the owners of the motel bent over backwards even saying that we were welcomed to look elsewhere since we hadn’t paid. In the end we took a room in the furthest...

「Clean, shops close, nice staff only issue was limited parking available, make sure you request it prior to staying or you need to park on the street... great hotel through very new.」

「Good location, closed to Westfield shopping mall including two supermarkets. There are bus station nearby and take for 20 mins to reach the town, convenient.」

「Spacious room, but can be noisy being close to a main road. Wifi slow and lose connection frequently.」

「Clean and convenient」

「The bathroom shower design is not good. Water is easily spread out during shower, strongly suggest to improve this. The room is a bit still, but ok for 2 person. Other areas are ok.」

「Great location comfortable rooms and friendly staff - Saturday nights are a little noisy but the remainder of our stay was wonderful. Very convenient location」

「On the first day when we wanted to use the toaster to prepare for breakfast, it was so dirty that we had to give up. The inner side of the rice cooker was rusty and we couldn’t use it. Even the staff helped us to replace another one, the new rice cooker still didn’t work. The bathroom and kitchen floors were dusty. Even the hotel was newly opened, the carpet on the floor had patches of stain. The management of the hotel should be aware of cleanliness.」
