「The scenery is nice, but there were nuisance calls in the middle of the night, and then the front desk knocked on our door, waking us up, asking if we needed tissue. Didn't sleep well.」

「I thought the "efficiency suite" was little over stated. It was not more then a coffee pot, microwave, and a small frig. Beds were just standard (not queen or king). Location is great, right on the beach. Pool was clean. Staff was courteous and helpful,」

「Arrived, asked for early checkin. Waited for a call for 1 1/2 hours. Walked up at 4:00 check in and the same person admitted he forgot about us. Same night, the temperature dropped and we tried to turn on the heat. Not working. Maintenance arrived and declared they couldn't do anything until morning. Turned off all air and in the morning stopped at the front desk and, once again, told someone would call. 24 Hours later, maintenance gave us a space heater. They never fixed it, but gave us a...
