"It’s an unstaffed hotel. You check in through WhatsApp and get a code to the door. All of that worked very well. It’s nice and clean and in a nice neighbourhood in central Cagliari. There was a manhole cover on the street outside the window that made a loud noise every time a car drove by, which was often. Since I’m a light sleeper that wasn’t ideal for me.
