“The staff at the front desk and the pool were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was fantastic, and my kids really enjoyed the slides! Even though it was the long weekend, the pool wasn’t crowded, we only met two or three other groups of guests. I did notice, however, that the beds in the room seemed a bit smaller or shorter than usual. The shower water pressure was a bit weak, and the toilet flush didn’t always work properly, which was a little surprising for such a new hotel.”

“The hotel was being renovated, which was needed because it was run down. The renovations were very dirty. The pool and fitness centre was filthy and unusable with food garbage on tables, the floor and in the pool. The guests were smoking and drinking everywhere outside and there was food and garbage on the floor in the lobby. I was afraid to leave the room at night. Definitely not what I expected from a Hilton.”

“Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. The pool room made my eyes sting even if I wasn’t in the water. There were random street people Coming in and getting breakfast in the morning - and questioned from hotel staff. We wouldn’t stay there again.”

“The room was clean. The bed was quite soft, to the point it was a bit uncomfortable and pillows were flat. The patio we had in a newly renovated room was incomplete and looked through a chain link fence to a parking lot. Not the hotel’s fault but the people above us were quite loud walking and banging around (maybe their balcony door?) through the night. Sounded like a WWE match and woke us a few times in the night. Staff were pleasant, room was clean and functional. Good for what we needed it……
