Great stay. Wonderful time.
非常好的住宿體驗，飯店就在火車站對面，放好行李，再上山進城看聖方濟聖堂與美麗的Assisi山城。 這個家庭經營的飯店與餐廳，專業、熱誠，我在淡季入住，有空房，他們就給我最好景觀的房間（露台可觀賞聖母教堂）。櫃台的老爺爺，早餐7點到晚上9點都正裝打領帶，注意一切服務細節，彷如在五星飯店工作。Assisi值得再訪，這家飯店也值得再次入住。 I enjoyed the stay very much. A great family-run hotel, friendly and professional. Convenient location. Will come back to stay again on re-visiting Assisi.

En general muy bien, hotel ubicado frente a la estación de tren. Muy limpio, personal amable, muy buena atención, lo único es que rígidos en el horario del check out, pedimos una hora más por la hora de salida del tren, pero no aceptaron, solo nos ofrecieron dejar las maletas mientras nor retirabamos. Desayuno buffet con poca variedad, era lo mismo siempre.

This is the ideal choice for someone who wants to visit Assisi for a day. It is close to the train station so you can drop off your bags when you arrive and then continue with your visit. I would emphasize that it truly is a "Modern Hotel" and the staff were very nice and accommodating.

朝九時半に着いたのに部屋を用意してくれました。部屋は十分に広く、清潔で、気持ちよく、快適です。無料のWIFIもよく繋がります。鉄道駅・バス停は目の前。冷蔵庫はありません。朝食はパンチーズハムのみ。親切な家族経営を感じました。

Nice place by the train station
A nice place just across the street from the trainstation. Perfect for someone like me who liked to walk around. Not that there are no busses but I enjoyed walking up to Assisi. The room was very basic but nice and clean. I expected a bit more from the breakfast, it was basically just wheat and sugar. Fresh fruit, 100% juice and wholegrain bread would have been nice. Like anywhere where I’ve been in Italy, other languages except Italian were not really spoken or well understood.

Good location and clean
This hotel is run by a family of three generations. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean. Our room is very quiet. The railway station is right across the road. There is a bus stop in front of the railway station. The bus goes to the uphill Assisi Old Town. There are two bus services per hour. The last bus runs at about 11:00pm. There are also other buses going to other towns/cities from the bus stops in front of the railway station. I checked in at about noon. I then took a bus to the terminal stop in the old town and started to walk downhill to visit various attractions. I returned late in the evening and left Assisi by train in the next morning. So the location of the hotel is very convenient to me. Highly recommended.

Very nice, refurbished hotel across from the train station. Too bad we had to leave a day early because of an Italian train strike. The owner wasn't thrilled and was hoping to get an Expedia commission refund for that night. The only hotel issue was a rather bare-bones continental breakfast.

アッシジ駅の目の前で、午後9時の到着でしたが、オーナーさんが待っていてくださいました。英語はほとんど通じませんが、とても居心地の良い宿です。宿代はお安いのに朝食もついていました。また、清潔で広いお部屋にはホッとしました。とてもコスパの良い宿です。 観光にも便利で、良い印象しか残っていない宿です。

Pour vivre Assise sans tracas
Le personnel est accueillant et accommodant (on se sent en famille!) L'établissement est très propre. Malgré le fait que ce soit voisin du terminal de trains et d'autobus, c'est silencieux et calme. Il est facile de se rendre au haut de la ville d'Assise par le service d'autobus qui passe aux 30 minutes tout comme se rendre en bas de la ville à pied.

Great location. Across street from train station. Owners of hotel, Carlo, his wife and son, made us feel very welcome and they were super accommodating. We had to catch a 6a train upon leaving and Carlo the owner had coffee and warm croissants waiting for us at our departure even after I told him not to bother the night before.

Good location and peaceful.
Everything are very good and perfect. The owner are so nice and a lot of help. It is almost are 4 stars hotel. Clean and comfortable. The hotel just in front of the train & bus station, very convenience to eat and shopping, very peaceful. We have take a photo with the owner and write down our feeling and happiness on the broad at the reception area. It was a good stay again.

관리자분께서는 후기대로 친절하셨습니다~ 가격대비에 호텔룸이 꽤 넓은편이고 전반적으로 깔끔했지만, 전망이 별로인것과 조식이 많이 아쉬웠습니다 그리고 오래되어서 그런지 쾌쾌하고 답답한 냄새가 났습니다 히터가 중간에 꺼져서 좀 추웠던기억이 있네요! 연인이 이용하는거라면 버스를 타고 전망좋은곳으로 이용하시길 추천드립니다,,

Quiet Hotel - Great Staff!
Lovely experience! Across the street from train station, but very quiet street. Easy bus ride up to the Old City and back. The staff was EXCEPTIONAL! Room and beds cleaned daily. We loved our stay here! It was our favorite hotel of all the places we stayed in Italy.

Hotel location is very accessible
Easy to find right in front of the train station. Near the bus stop. Very convenient. Our room is overlooking the Basilica of Santa Maria de Angelis. Very nice, friendly staff. We will stay in this hotel again if given the chance to visit the place again
