Convenient location and good facilities.
It is located near the New Gate (Porta Nuova), with car parking facilities and hence convenient for travellers who needs to park their vehicle for visiting Assisi. Breakfast is good. The staff are helpful and offered a room upgrade for EUR 10 per night.

Hotel Porta Nuovo Assisi - Great location - So close to bus stop - Breakfast was good, lots of choices - We left early and they gave us a grab bag/breakfast, waiting for us by the front, what was inside was surprisingly good. - Staff is very nice - Room was nice and clean - Has fridge, no microwave, no coffee maker - There is a grocery store near by. - Wifi has good signal

I liked its location. Even though one has to cross the busy road when coming from downtown, it is located in a very strategic part of the city.

This is a fabulous gem of a hotel, very clean, quiet and a short stroll to the town and main square. If driving it has its own car park. The cakes at breakfast are delicious. The staff ate really good, Suzanne especially made our stay very enjoyable - thank you so much Chris & Jon

Great Hotel at the Edge of Assisi
Perfect location at the edge of town, and easy walk into an Assisi center. Everything was very clean, the breakfast was very good. Would definitely stay there again.

Ficamos apenas 1 noite no Hotel Porta Nuova em Assis, porém fomos muito bem atendidos, quarto estava de acordo com o contratado. Café da manhã muito bom. Limpeza muito boa. Localização do hotel muito bom, próximo de uma das portas do complexo da basilica, porém o acesso a pé á basílica principal leva em torno de 20 a 30 minutos de caminhada. Mesmo assim indicaria a todos este hotel.

Consigliatissimo!
Consiglio vivamente questo hotel che si trova vicinissimo al centro di Assisi. Il parcheggio, anche se a pagamento con una piccola cifra in aggiunta, è comodissimo. La struttura è molto accogliente, ben tenuta, stanza nuovissima, bagno perfetto. Accurata pulizia e ottime spugne da bagno. Il personale alla reception è molto professionale e attento ad ogni richiesta o per dare informazioni. Veramente un ottimo rapporto qualita-prezzo.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were super friendly, the room had comfortable beds, strong air conditioning, and new bathroom fixtures. Breakfast was also really good with lots of choices within a continental type. The hotel is located just outside the historical city gates, and it’s still walkabke to get to the Basilica on the other side of town.
