Disappointing
1 🌟 for location 1 🌟 for friendly staff 0 for cleanliness - hair from previous guests all over the bathroom 0 for comfort - the mattress was extremely uncomfortable and caused more pain than comfort. There was no way to control the temperature of the room.

Dear sir/madam, we are sorry for the problems you have encountered. Our mattresses are of good quality and no one has ever complained. The room temperature can be adjusted with a special remote control. We will take his advice. Many thanks and best regards.

Hotel economico ma pulito e confortevole . Situato a porta Santa Chiara , inizio zona pedonale. Molto comodo per visitare la stupenda Assisi. Camera grande situata al terzo piano di quattro con affaccio sulla via principale. Bagno con doccia con porte pieghevoli. Parcheggio coperto con tariffa hotel a 10 euro al giorno ( porta Mojano, scale mobili 10 minuti a piedi). Consigliato per una soluzione economica ( 2 stelle).

Great room with a balcony! Generous breakfast, everything as advertised or better. Steps from Santa Chiara so great location, too.
