The cordial and helpful staff and excellent location are the highlights of this hotel, and now that I’ve gotten used to it I could imagine staying there again. However, this ranks so high on Expedia that I think it important to set realistic expectations. It is an old family-owned property that seems like it has hardly been touched since the 80s. That’s fine for me, but unfortunately my 1st room, and the 2nd room they moved me to, both had hair on the bathroom floor, and mildew and debris in corners and behind the toilet. Also the rooms are all very different, so be sure to scroll through all photos. I had expected the superior double that shows chairs facing a French door, but was first shown to a far different room with worn furniture and a plastic folding door for the bathroom, and it was still the same price as the nicer one shown in the pics. Breakfast isn’t very good — lots of sweets and a pumper full of liquid chocolate but hardly any fresh fruit (today 4 slices of melon for the entire dining room) and only processed wrapped cheese. There was a gluten-free tray with nothing on it either day, and some wieners and liquidy scrambled eggs. They are all so nice, however. This will hopefully sway you to give it a try, but now you know what to expect.

Albergo centralissimo (Piazza del Comune/Torre del Popolo a due passi). Personale accogliente e gentile che ringraziamo per l'ospitalità. Siamo stati nell'appartamento adiacente all'hotel, spazioso, confortevole, pulito e suggestivo. Parcheggio Matteotti a poche centinaia di metri. Un'ottima soluzione per restare in centro in tutta comodità.

Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. Made us feel welcomed. Shower was a bit difficult to use. Water got on bathroom floor even though shower curtain was closed and inside tub. Room was large. Bed was not real comfortable. We did enjoy our stay though.

La amplia habitación abre sus tres ventanales hacia el paisaje de colinas y azoteas italianas. Tiene un aire setentero en cuanto a los colores y decoración pero todo es funcional ,limpio y cómodo y la recepción amigable y cordiale. Siedo un pueblo medieval no hay estacionamiento en el lugar pero hay varios cerca después de dejar el equipaje. Volveríamos sin duda. Buen desayuno.
