"The hotel rooms are spacious and generally comfortable. However, communication can be quite challenging as the staff do not speak English, which makes it difficult for international guests. Housekeeping is only available upon request and usually takes place quite late in the afternoon (after 4 pm). Good location with lots of local amenities, there is even a bus stop right outside the hotel. If I were to return to Astana then I would definitely stay here again. "
