“I arrived at 2:00am and was trying to get a sleep before the connecting flight next day. When I checked out the manager asked me about my satisfaction, I gave 8 out of 10, but the manager seemed so disappointed. I indeed think they need to do more to get better score - the air con was so cold, the desk lamp did not work, and the cleanliness has room to improve. After my departure, they texted me by Whatsapp several times, until I blocked them. I think it was unnecessary. In my point of view,……

“Our stay was beyond fantastic and it wasn't because u upgraded us or whether u included BF and early check in. Of course, we appreciate every bit of it. What stood out is the proactive nature of everyone we met within Hilton and outside (car drives managed by Hilton). Prior to this I thought Trident in Mumbai set the standards. But in fact think u have surpassed them. Every one has made a great impact while we were there. Aaryan and Shivam as we checked in Annamma who was our housekeeper.……
