Zum positiven: Personal wirklich top, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen ist für ein AI-Buffet ok und abwechslungsreich aber die Getränke wie Wein, Cocktails, etc. sind billiger Fusel. Die Poolanlagen sind sehr großzügig Die Zimmer und Anlage insgesamt sehr sauber Nun zum eher negativen Eindruck: Bei den Zimmern kommt es……

“My stay in AneSea was amazing! The rooms were spotless, spacious, had all amenities you need and were very comfortable, with a nice balcony. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. It was truly Cretan hospitality The location was convenient, always parking available, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was great. With plenty of options. “Nous avons eu de la difficulté à faire notre enregistrement de façon autonome. Nous avions un code pour entrer dans notre chambre mais il n'y avait pas d'indication où elle se situait. Nous avons communiqué avec l'établissement par courriel mais sans reponse alors nous avons appelé et la personne a été tres gentille et nous a aidé a trouver notre chambre. Sinon, le déjeuner est tres bon et avec plusieurs choix de plats. Un stationnement gratuit est à proximité ce qui est très apprécié.……

The buffet food was very good and you can also pay for à la carte meals at one of four restaurants! So worth the stay”

“Beautiful escape in the mountains with lovely views and warm welcome. We had a great stay here enjoyed the quiet start to our holiday. Don't use google map to get to the property. Best to get google maps to bring you to Krousonas town center and then put in the property address. Google maps in Crete will have you go down goat paths and should not be trusted. The property is beautiful and isolated, so you need a car to get around here. Our host was lovely and accommodating. We arrived at dark……
