"Fantastic staff. Free shuttle bus from/to Odawara station. Very organised. Stunning spacious room with wonderful amenities. River view and private onsen beautiful. Public footbath and onsen (swimwear required!). Great location for using Hakone Free pass - there is even a quiet, walkable 20 minute shortcut to Gora train, funicular/cable car station if you are fit enough for lots of steep steps and want a lovely leafy walk! Restaurant in the evening was great- a little suited to western tastes including vegan. There is also a convenience store opposite the driveway. "

"Enjoyed 2 nights with delicious breakfast at this very comfortable hotel. 2 minute walk to train on flat terrain. Stay in hotel, 2 wings and you'll be close to everything like snacks from 3 to 7 and alcohol and dessert from 7 to 10 pm. Unlimited drinks like water, soda and tea. Masseuse is excellent!"

"Self check in was fine — there were 2 staff available to assist. The room has a small fridge, tub, Alexa, TV. The location is just steps from the train station. There is an iron and microwave available on each floor. Breakfast was fine: a rice ball with Monaka, some pickles, and tea or coffee hot or cold, Other items available for purchase. I would stay here again. The value for the price is fantastic. The lockers will only fit a carryon size suitcase but there are larger lockers available at the train station — they appear to be changing them to card payment . "

"Our stay was incredible, we were hesitant to book due to the price but we can confidently say that we made the right decision. We booked our reservation for 3 nights and definitely wish we could’ve stayed longer! We were immediately greeted with friendly staff who offered us tea & sweet treats as we checked in. The onsen on the patio is a dream, definitely the highlight! The view of the ocean is amazing, and the rooms are spacious! We loved breakfast every morning, and we love that it was included! It had a great combination of western options as well as traditional Japanese. If you’re looking for a place to splurge, this is one that definitely deserves your money."
