「早餐選擇雖然不多，但是材料新鮮，員工有禮，人多時早餐要登記後等電話進場。 客房戶戶對海，我見upgrade 價錢不多，便選了個可以容納四人的房間，很值，瞓在床上也可以見到海洋。 由車站行去酒店，落斜推行李行十分鐘，入囗是SUN的8樓地方, 離開時預約穿梭巴士很易滿座。」

「It is a great-design modern hotel, excellent staff, wonderful onsen. Only concern may be the shuttle bus is exclusive to their clients booking directly from their web. The staff helped me to reserve taxi, so no problem at all. The dinner is surprisingly remarkable.」

「酒店職員服務很差！ 我們自駕前往, 當天下著雪, 帶著三件行李, 正門有十數級樓梯, 前台一名女職員, 只懂得站著正門靜靜看著, 毫無協助的意識, 一副事不關己的模樣, 我們還沒有處理好行李, 她已吩咐我們要脫鞋, 和急不及待問我拿護照, 及收溫泉稅, 使我們狼狽萬分. 之後便簡單告知, 公眾溫泉在一樓, 我的房間在二樓, 把鎖匙交給我, 便急不及待走開了, 完全沒有提供協助, 我還以為自己去了青年旅舍, 體驗非常差！ 」
