"Oda genel olarak gayet iyi durumdaydı; ancak banyoda oldukça rahatsız edici bir koku vardı, bu nedenle odada zor kaldık. Check-in esnasında ise oda kartlarımız çalışmadı. Bir oda için sorun çözüldü fakat diğer oda için uzun süre beklemek zorunda kaldık. Kart odayı açmadı, alternatif olarak anahtar da bulunamadı ve bu süreç gereğinden fazla uzadı.
