「Queen and the staff was very helpful」

「Staff is great location is safe and convenient. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious. Only reason I didn't give it five stars on maintenance is because the refrigerator needed to be defrosted so it wasn't working well... but staff was very concerned and wrote notes to make sure maintenance defrosted it once I left」

「Room 128 was musty smelling. Bathroom has rust stains, cracked/missing caulking, room floor has chips/gaps at the wall. Peeling paint, water stains in closet ceiling area. Room needs to be updated. Hoping I can attach some photos to show. Water has to be getting behind the walls of the shower. Was only passing through and only stayed for a quick night. If I was staying multiple nights, I would have asked for a different room. Travel this route regularly. Will definitely try another place...

「I loved the property!! When walking into the elevator, it still smells new. Staff super helpful and friendly, the facility was spotless, the breakfast was delicious with a great variety and the fresh fruit infused water in the lobby was also a very nice touch. We arrived quite late and water was cold and fresh and attendant gave us a room on the side of the building that we could see our vehicle from the room. The only negativity through the entire experience was booking through Expedia and...

「Was a very accommodative , especially Alan when talking to him about my husband who had a stroke and my father in law who is 88yrs old, I needed something easy access for them on the first floor and rooms close together . He came through amazingly. It truly made out trip to Tennessee from Florida to spend fathers day with three generations of Dads the most memorable time with our son and family!!! Thank you again I will recommend your establishment to anyone :)」
