“My family and I felt this place was cozy comfy and quiet. We spent time all over the state while we stayed here and enjoyed our trip. ”

“A really great home with a lot of character. My only words of warning are that we stayed there for a family wedding in Chattanooga, and the property is still in the central time zone instead of the eastern one and being an older home the closet space in most rooms is very limited, but it was a great property. In particular, the bathroom in the primary suite on the first floor was very nice, and the kids in our group had a great time watching the goats on one of the neighboring properties.”

“The house was PERFECT for us! Had a small family wedding outside with 12 people and everything turned out wonderful! The backyard was exactly what we were looking for...lots to do and time to relax in the pool. We highly recommend staying here and definitely would stay again! And Brittany & Jeremy were great hosts, too!”

“Modern farmhouse, fully equipped and perfect for our multi-family stay. We loved the open dining and living room concept with cozy leather couches. Master suite on the main floor with rest of bedrooms upstairs. Stocked coffee bar was a great bonus. Loved the fire pit and star gazing. Quiet spot. Undoubtedly we will stay here again. ”

“This house is absolutely amazing. My family enjoyed the grounds, creek, woods, hot tub, and pool table. I enjoyed the clean and uncluttered house: everything was so cozy and there was everything you could possibly need. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel at home. So close to Liepers Fork and Franklin, that my family didn’t even desire a trip into Nashville, because there was everything here with which they were content. I can’t wait to stay here again. ”

“We travel to Tennessee a few times a year to visit family and usually stay with family or in a hotel, I feel like I have struck gold in finding this property. We will definitely be staying here again. It was absolutely beautiful, perfect for what we needed and so nice to be able to go home to a home and not a cold hotel room. We like to cook our meals more than eating out and having a full kitchen was the cherry on top. The host was very responsive to all of my questions. We stayed five nights……
