“Our family of 5 was very comfortable here. It was just minutes to Triple Play and some great restaurants. It was very private and the only noise we could hear above was occasional footsteps. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Don’t let the “studio” fool you. This place is super spacious! Private parking pad for a car in the alley way, comfiest bed, all the cooking supplies you could need, and all the basic necessities for a stay. Will most definitely be staying again when I find myself in CDA!”

“Short stay in Sandpoint was lovely! Mindy and family were great hosts and accommodations were comfortable, beautifully decorated and well stocked for a short stay or even longer. Location was ideal for a night out in downtown Sandpoint, walking distance to street festival and local venue for a show. We would definitely recommend this little nook to anyone traveling to Sandpoint area.”

“Host was very sweet and had the whole place set up for romance, rose petals, robes, chocolates the whole nine yards! Me and my boyfriend were celebrating our 12th anniversary together and wanted some relaxing alone time and thats exactly what we got! Spent the night listening to the rain and warming up in the hot tub! Host replied very quickly when we needed help. Gets cold at night, but the comforter is very warm! “Everything was clean neat and perfect. Right away when we checked in it instantly felt like a home away from home the baked goods were wonderful we enjoyed them and the milk. Bed was comfortable and cozy. The view off deck was beautiful. Kitchen was great we enjoyed making breakfast in it. Thank you for hospitality we would come back again.”

“Wonderful. Country. Scenic. Woods. Peaceful. Host very responsive. Check-in instructions on target and understandable. Really a very squared away site - white-glove inspection standard. The way the building was repurposed was impressive. The room itself was very comfortable and cozy, with an appealing decorative motif. No clothes/coat hanging apparatus, so be prepared to hang the ironed stuff in your vehicle. About 10 minutes south on 95 from the big CDA lakeside resort.”

“The apt was light and bright , and nicely layed out. Location was convenient to downtown , park , and library. The amenities were overall good, but maybe more bath towels , and bath mat would have been better. Would recommend this cozy spot .”

“We were here to see family and go to silverwood. This was such great place to start and end our days! There’s lake access with canoes and kayaks that I wish we could have used more. It was so great to go out and sit by the lake in the quiet of the morning. Really cute place. Modern. Clean. Owners are super friendly.”
