“Shout out to the lovely ladies at the front desk Madina and Sumayar. They were very friendly and helpful.
Overall hotel located in a convenient location, rooms are clean. The only downside was absence of ventilation in the bathroom except for the window. The air conditioning controlled by front desk and you need to call to turn it on. We found the little courtyard very useful.”

“Great location, hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. It was easy to get to the attractions from the hotel and the area had a lot of shops and restaurants. Nice and quiet at night. We arrived very late and the gentleman at the front desk was so kind. He called a restaurant to see if they were still open and could accommodate us. Provided us with umbrellas because it was raining. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Istanbul.”
