“This was a great tiny house! This is the first spring break trip we have taken and the girls love the tiny house and she shed!! There was a washer/dryer. Hammock and swing in a fenced in yard! Very clean and quiet neighborhood!”

“We really enjoyed our stay. This house was great for our large family gathering. The house was very well stocked - definitely felt like a real home and not a thinly stocked rental. Hosts were very thoughtful in the extra touches they stocked throughout the house, including febreeze for the bathrooms! Fantastic view of the river and bridge, amazing sunset views. This is the only house in a rather secluded area, and while some might find this odd, we enjoyed the quiet and unobstructed views. Will……

“My family enjoyed our week at Joel’s rental home. The house and grounds are beautiful! It included all the amenities you need. My grandson loved the pool. It is central to visiting Jacksonville, Jekyll Island, Amelia Island, Okeefenokee swamp, St Simons and more. We visited them all! Thank you for letting us stay in your house.”

“Comfortable, cozy, clean, and convenient—this location was ideal for the eight days we spent conducting business and setting up our exhibition at the Goodyear Cottage gallery on Jekyll Island. We anticipate another enjoyable five days here when we return for the exhibition's conclusion in June. The historic neighborhood is a masterpiece in its own right, with stunning homes and magnificent live oak trees to admire.”

“This place is such a sweet place. It is the whole bottom level of the house. The pool and hot tub were AMAZING! The owners do live above you, you can hear them, but at night it was quiet and perfect! The bed is so comfortable and the yard is so peaceful. We will for sure be going back. The owners are pretty awesome too, if you have any trouble, give them a chance and reach out. Also, try the Wee Pub in Brunswick! The owners of here also own that and the food was so yummy!”

“The property had cosmetic updates as shown in the website pictures but there are several items with limited functionality (none of the blinds could be opened, at least one drawer in living room shelf/drawer unit could not be opened). Greg (Host) replied to questions very quickly, but if he had provided a printed notebook many inquiries could likely be avoided. Examples: o There are 3 tv remotes but only 2 are to be used. Provide instructions as to how to use the remotes and remove the remote……

“This is a very nice vacation home. Perfect for what we needed and wanted. Very clean. All the amenities you could possibly need. The host was very quick responding to any questions I had. Will definitely be our new spot when visiting St. Simons. It felt very homey and inviting. 10/10 would recommend.”

“This was by far the worst experience and very inconvenient. The host did not provide the check in information and could not be reached. I reached out to Vrbo the morning of my stay to inform them I could not get in touch with the host. After checking the reviews I see the past two reviews were in reference to not getting check in information. THIS HOST NEEDS TO BE REMOVED!!!!!”
