    The back of the property has full length verandas so you can enjoy the marsh side view and saltwater breeze.
    One of the best features of this property is the floating dock with deep water access to try your hand at fishing.
    With large game room, and even larger kitchen / dining areas, there is something for the whole family to enjoy.

Wonderful place and very dog friendly. I highly recommend this for a family with kids. The living room has been converted as a terrific game room, and the family room offers lots of seating and a big TV. Several bedrooms on this level too. The sofas were a bit worn, but if you have kids and pets you might not mind. Upstairs the spacious main bedroom has an adjacent room with a bed for the younger kids who you may not want separated from you.The water/marsh view wasn't what we had hoped for, but Jake's friendliness and responsiveness was much appreciated.

Stayed here with our son and his family. The kids enjoyed the game room. Our grandson loved fishing off the dock. The house is spacious and quiet. The host is responsive. He answered our questions quickly. We would stay here again

Our stay was amazing! The views of the morning sunrise and sunset from every window on the backside of the home just made the day that much better! The home was clean and cozy! I would recommend staying here with kids of all ages! We had 15 month old all the way up to 16 year old and there was something for everyone! We will be staying here again in the future!

Beautifu getaway

We stayed for a 3 night weekend. The house was just as it was advertised . Lots of room with a great playroom and a beautiful view of the marsh. Quiet and relaxing. We all enjoyed our time there!
