It was clear from the beginning that the staff was working very hard to keep customers satisfied. Very clean hotel, and very comfortable. I was going to get my passport and it was fairly close. I would recommend this hotel highly.

I read so many negative reviews before staying so I was very nervous. They were completely wrong. This hotel had wonderful staff with great resilience. We were in town for the Chris Brown concert.
