IN THE EVENT WE FIND OUT ABOUT THE EVENTS, PARTIES, SMOKING AND OVER THE LIMIT ON GUESTS, WE WILL BE REPORTING IT TO ENFORCEMENT AND COLLECTING THE DEPOSIT. WE HAVE A STRICT POLICY ON THIS. AS MUCH AS WE LOVE TO HOST OUR BEAUTIFUL HOME, WE LIKE TO KEEP OUR HOME IN A REPUTABLE MANNER AND IN THE MANNER THE HOME WAS GIVEN TO YOU AT CHECK ALL GUEST NAMES NEED TO BE LISTED IN THE RESERVATION. NO OTHER GUESTS OUTSIDE OF THOSE LISTED IS ALLOWED. PLEASE PLACE ALL YOUR TRASH IN THE BAGS PROVIDED AND PLACED UNDER THE CAR PORT. ENSURE THERE WERE NO SPILLS ON CARPETS, WALLS, AND HARDWOOD FLOORS WERE NOT DAMAGED DURING YOUR STAY. WE ENFORCE OUR DEPOSIT COLLECTION IF THE ABOVE IS NOT COMPLETED. CHECK OUT IS 11AM UNLESS A PAID LATE CHECK OUT WAS APPROVED TIL 4PM. EVERY GUEST IN AND OUT OF THE HOME AND STAYING THE MUST BE LISTED IN THE RESERVATION. Total guests 12! Total guests is 12 no matter if they are staying the night or not! HAVING A CHEF COME FOR A SMALL GATHERING AT OUR HOME IS CONSIDERED AN EVENT AND WE WILL NOT ALLOW THESE EVENTS.
