Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Listing not accurate

First, host never answered my emails and the number listed was disconnected. I received confirmation from VrBo about the reservation but nothing else. Arrrive at the property, it’s a gated apartment community and since host never answered and couldn’t get inside the property, finally was able to get in and went straight to the office and according to the stafff, the residents shouldn’t be doing these types of deal. The property doesn’t allowed VRBO. Ended calling the VRBO and the only thing they could do is just reimbursed my money . I had my family with me and I had to make last minute arrangements. Worse experience ever!
